I just came across this program and thought it was worth doing and sharing. Follow the link and do it!
My initial test was 51 so I started my Week 1 Day 1 on Week 3 of the program under the column > 25. I did five sets (14, 18, 14, 14, max) with a sixty second rest between each. My last set was 58.
